The person that took my order was knowledgeable and knew how to talk to customers. I contacted one other vendor, I was told they only and took orders on line. When I said I had a question and wanted to talk to someone, the call was terminated. This company will always be my go to when needed.

Looked online for a part fro my grohe faucet. I found this part on my own using the navigation. I called to check stock and had my part in 3 days. I cannot express how easy this was. Great replacement service for a part that was impossible to get easily from Hansgrohe. Sat on hold with Hansgohe for 30 min and nobody answered. Took 10 min with Chicago!!!

I found Chicago Faucet after searching for a Hans Grohe part that was difficult to find. The part was priced as I thought it should be, shipping was fast and i will make them my go to supplier of plumbing needs. As a side, i was surprised to see they were located a couple of miles from my residence in Chgo. I have lived in AZ for the last thirty yrs.

Hansgrohe sprayhead
Wanted to convert my Hansgrohe high arc laminar flow spray head to something that didn’t splash all over the counter. This solved the problem. The price at Chicago Faucet was the best I could find. Got it very fast and it works fine.
