Hansgrohe cartridge replacement
Chicago Faucet shipped the correct Hansgrohe original part. I believe using the original manufacturer part always fits and works the best. Also the shipment was received in two days. Excellent job Chicago Faucet Shoppe.

Horrible
sent wrong item then wants me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee, very bad I will think twice before another purchase

Broken
I received my Cartridge and the box looked like it had been run over by a truck. I opened it and sure enough the cartridge was broken in half. I will be contacting you for a replacement.
