Hansgrohe OEM sink parts which arrived in reasonable time and although the shipping cost may be a bit high, all shipping cost is high due to fuel and labor shortages so that’s just the way it goes. Was happy to receive the correct parts and all is well so thanks to Chicago faucet shop.

I was pleased with the price of my item. On the other hand, the shipping was unreasonably high. But, the competent agent was sensitive to this, and reduced the S&H cost. I received my purchase about 4-5 days later than anticipated, but it was well protected, and undamaged. Overall, a very good experience. Will definitely do business with Chicago Faucet again, and recommend them to friends. Thank you
