Great Product and Company
Our faucet was very old however I didn't want to replace it and the other set in the same bathroom. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part, it was easy to find and works great. We are very happy with the purchase.

Hard to find Hardem valves
These guys are great! I followed their directions and sent a picture to them of what I had. Very quickly I had a response and save me a ton of work. Faucet cartridge replacement
I have nothing but good things to say about the Chicago Faucet Shop. They carry hard to find Harden faucet cartridge replacements, charged a fair price, and delivered the product quickly. I was also able to track the shipment.

Fixed the dripping faucet
This Harden cartridge fixed my problem. I have several of these in my house and they are easy to change. The part was shipped quickly and exactly what I needed. I keep a cold and hot one on hand all the time.

Harden 104 cold cartridge
This part worked perfectly - i have a 30 year old house with with all harden cartridges - over 14 all together- already had to replace 2 of the cold side units in the upstairs bathroom. If and when i need to replace the other 12 cartridges i will now know for sure where to get them. Thanks for your help on this.

Harden 104 Cold Ceramic Cart
I contacted the folks about a faucet cartridge that I could not find locally. After talking with the representative, I emailed a picture of the cartridge for identification. In a short time I had a response that identified the faucet cartridge and news that the faucet cartridge was in stock. I ordered on Thursday and it arrived the next Thursday. Great service since it was shipped to Birmingham, AL. Thanks for the help!
