Jado sink faucet cartridge
Was concerned by all the cartridges online that claimed to be the replacement for my Jado sink faucet, some looked quite different. Sent scaled picture of part to your customer service people to have them review the P/Ns I thought would work. Heard back next day that the numbers were for the right replacements. Ordered and got parts in 4 days, excellent! Parts are installed and faucet is like new.

Very helpful and timely
Jado H960104.191 1/2” hot ceramic cart The first time I ordered I had to send a picture of my faucet and the parts department recognized what I needed. My plumber thought I’d have to buy a whole new faucet set. So four years later, same problem with another faucet, got the identical part and I’m good to go!!! THANK YOU!!!

good product, reasonable price
I have purchased several items from Chicago faucets over the years and they have all been the correct item I was seeking and of high quality. This order was to replace a cartridge purchased elsewhere that leaked. I later noticed that the leaky cartridge was listed as "for Jado", where as the cartridge from Chicago faucets was the genuine item.

Dada Cartridge replacement
I replaced both the hot and cold cartridges on my Dado faucet and they worked perfectly. I replaced them due to noise, not leakage. They were the original cartridges from 1986.

Chicago Faucet Shoppe was so helpful in identifying the needed replacement part for a discontinued faucet. I sent them a picture and they told me the part I needed and two days later it was on my doorstep. (And I don’t live in Chicago) Thank you!
