Customer service rep' (apologies for not taking note of his name) was very knowledgeable, understood the issue and gave me the part number of the cartridge required for a discontinued KWC faucet. Online order process was quick and easy. The part arrived in Toronto in 3 days and installed by a skilled plumber. KWC Vesuno faucet works like new! Thank you!
