Part did not fix problem
I emailed your company with a picture of a leaking facuet at when using the stream (a few spray hole is leaking). I asked would a new aerator fix the problem. They reply with a link for purchasing a new aerator. The part arrived and it did not fixed the problem. I asked for a refund/return, but they said it was open and used. I cannot know if the part would fix the problem unless i try it on. So very disappointed!

Faucet Spray Strainer
It is a perfect fit. The CFS site found the part right away from the name off the faucet. The faucet is 15+ years old and I was afraid it was unfixable. Thanks to Chicago Faucet for making this easy.

ridiculous shipping charge
No problem with the part - it was the correct item I needed, and was shipped promptly. It cost about $13, and was very lightweight. The shipping charge, also around $13 was a rip off. I think it’s important to call out when companies see shipping as another source of profit.

The part fit perfectly and improved performance
I ordered this part for my KWC kitchen faucet when to old one had excessive water deposits. It came promptly and included a new o-ring. It slipped into place easily. Thank you for the clear picture of the part--it helped me know what to order. The water flow and the spray are improved.
