KWC Z.504.214.106 KWC kitchen spray strainer, kitchen black bayonet

I emailed your company with a picture of a leaking facuet at when using the stream (a few spray hole is leaking). I asked would a new aerator fix the problem. They reply with a link for purchasing a new aerator. The part arrived and it did not fixed the problem. I asked for a refund/return, but they said it was open and used. I cannot know if the part would fix the problem unless i try it on. So very disappointed!

It is a perfect fit. The CFS site found the part right away from the name off the faucet. The faucet is 15+ years old and I was afraid it was unfixable. Thanks to Chicago Faucet for making this easy.

No problem with the part - it was the correct item I needed, and was shipped promptly. It cost about $13, and was very lightweight. The shipping charge, also around $13 was a rip off. I think it’s important to call out when companies see shipping as another source of profit.

I ordered this part for my KWC kitchen faucet when to old one had excessive water deposits. It came promptly and included a new o-ring. It slipped into place easily. Thank you for the clear picture of the part--it helped me know what to order. The water flow and the spray are improved.

I contacted your shop to see if your item would fit my faucet. You recommended the KWC Z.504.214.106 fitting and I purchased it on your advice. However, it doesn't fit. The diameter of the portion of new fitting that goes into the faucet is correct but the tab on the side of the KWC Z.504.214.106 is too large. The tab keeps the fitting from screwing into the faucet.
