The KWC kitchen spray strainer doesn't fit
I contacted your shop to see if your item would fit my faucet. You recommended the KWC Z.504.214.106 fitting and I purchased it on your advice. However, it doesn't fit. The diameter of the portion of new fitting that goes into the faucet is correct but the tab on the side of the KWC Z.504.214.106 is too large. The tab keeps the fitting from screwing into the faucet. I was disappointed that you charged 20% restocking fee and did not credit me for the taxes I paid.

Perfect replacement
Our 10 year old faucet was spraying water every time we used it. I diagnosed that the faucet filter was clogged. A quick web search led me to Chicago Faucet Shoppe for the right replacement part which arrived in a few days. Our faucet now operates like new!

KWC Kwc Kitchen Spray Strainer
I ordered the KWC Kwc Kitchen Spray Strainer hoping it would fit my 20 year old KWC Konos, but it fail do so because the dimension of the parts that were shipped to me do not match. I did ask for the dimension but none were given to me, so I took a chance and lost. It would have been nice to provide the dimension of the website (I did try to search else where and could not find it). The difference in minute (a few millimetres but enough to make the replacement impossible). Very unfortunate ...

We cannot thank you enough for being so honest and efficient in find this product for us and expediting it to our friend in Greenville, N.C. Due to covid she was unable to leave the country to see her daughter and grandchildren until yesterday. We finally today, July29th received the parcel and the spray strainer fit perfectly!! We are extremely pleased with your prompt & courteous attention to this matter. This faucet was over $500.00 originally and we certainly did not want to pay out that amount for a replacement faucet. treated VERY well by representative. unfortunately, the KWC person gave me the wrong part number, so still living with problem with the faucet head leaking. i'll be back when i get the correct part number from KWC.
