I was born and raised in Chicago.....moved to Florida after retirement. When our kitchen faucet needed a part I knew were to go for help, CFS. I took a picture of the faucet and sent it to you and received an answer quickly. You made it an easy fix.....Thanks

Delivered Packaging Suspect
Delivery Packaging is suspect bc the plastic was cut through and taped back together, are you selling used parts as new? I have photos. Will think twice before using Chicago Faucets again.
