Kitchen undersink filter also
This is a back flow preventer and a filter also. When filter is dirty or at worst clogged it very much reduces flow into and from the faucet. The filter is located in the connection under the sink. So it is easy to NOT KNOW it is there! Don't think you have a problem in the faucet itself or the water pipes..it is in the easily removed filter/back floe preventer!!
