Backflow preventer
This was a replacement for a backflow preventer that was installed 20 years ago on a KWC kitchen faucet. The original preventer had been discontinued and this was the replacement. Unfortunately, Chicago Faucet was not aware that the outlet for the new preventer was for a smaller hose than the original. Chicago Faucet referred me to KWC's distributor, which recognized the problem and provided me a new hose as a courtesy, so all is well.
