I recently order a part for my kitchen faucet on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe website, after being told by my plumber that he couldn’t get the part because his suppliers were closed over the holidays. The process was easy and simple, and the part came within just a few days. I appreciate the fact that a regular consumer like myself, not a plumber, could find, purchase and receive the part the plumber said he couldn’t get. Your easy to use website saved me days of frustration and returned our faucet to service very quickly. Needless to say, the plumber didn’t get to install it…our building maintenance man did it in less than 30 minutes, saving me about $250. Thanks!

Chicago Faucet Shoppe has delivered as promised! Our KWC part was exactly was needed. Owning this faucet for 15 years, our hose nozzle wore out! Very concern that we would not find the part. But, we email a picture of the faucet, gave the model and part number to confirm. Still suspecting we did not order the correct part. We tracked it through USPS from your company right up to our mailbox. It was it! Thank you guys out in the Mid West! A happy camper in So Cal!

Chicago Faucet Shoope, and in particular Andrew in customer service, did a tremendous job helping me with my plumbing parts. I am a 70 year old Vietnam Veteran living in Louisiana and was away visiting my Mom in Barbados. I needed faucet parts and of course the parts were unavailable in Barbados. Chicago Faucet Shoope filled my order and shipped to me here in Barbados. This was the best service ever! Respectfully One Love Smitty
