KWC Z.534.836 KWC cartridge M 35 without ECO July 8, 2024 Reviewer: Sandi from Lafayette, CA United States   I called Chicago Faucets and customer service was a dream. I told the gentleman the kind of faucet I had and right away he knew exactly how to fix our leaky faucet. He sent me a cartridge that was easily installed and now our faucet works perfectly. I highly recommend Chicago Faucets and the brand KWC. This faucet is approximately 20 years old. They still carry this exact same fixture. It is beautiful and functional. Ramon sent me a diagram of my faucet and all it's parts, and suggested I try replacing the cartridge first. They had it in stock and got it to me quickly, and it did the trick.
