Replacement Cartridge not routinely provided by manufacturer as is customary.
Replacement cartridge was costly and ineffective in restoring water pressure. This was an expensive but failing purchase.

I emailed for advice for a leaky kitchen faucet. Ramon sent me a diagram of my faucet and all it's parts, and suggested I try replacing the cartridge first. They had it in stock and got it to me quickly, and it did the trick. Grateful for the service and inventory.

Didn't fix my problem
I ordered a replacement cartridge to attempt to address the issue with a lack of pressure with my KWC faucet. I had cleared out the hose between the aerator and water supply. I installed the new cartridge, but the problem did not resolve. I sent Chicago Faucet a return for authorization request on Jan. 4, but did not receive any response. I called them today and they said that it was not returnable.
