The perfect experience
We had bought a Franke sink and faucet 10 years ago and our faucet recently had a leak . Franke no longer carries KWC cartridge so this quickly turned into a big headache. Luckily Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part we needed and the product shipped quickly, even out to Canada. I also reached out to customer service to ensure I was ordering the correct part beforehand and they were very helpful and speedy in replying. I cannot rave more about the service and product quality.

KWC Luna Faucet Cartridge
Cartridge fits and works perfectly. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the cartridge I needed in-stock and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Installation was straightforward and faucet no longer drips.

Didn’t need this yet…
We ordered the cartridge for our KWC ONO faucet, thinking it was shot, but when we installed the ZAMAK with threaded pin, that fixed it. We are saving the cartridge for a future time when we are sure we will need it.

Great customer service
Chicago Faucet ordered a hard-to-get cartridge for our kitchen faucet, which understandably took several weeks due to import delays. When our plumber finally tried to install it, calcification prevented him from being able to remove the existing cartridge. Without question, Chicago Faucet allowed us to return the cartridge for a full refund. Excellent customer service.
