Great Experience
Having been told that my KWC faucet and parts were no longer available in Canada, I found Chicago Faucet Shoppe online. They had the cartridge I needed for an excellent price. Shipping was very quick. Fortunately, there was no duty charged when the product cleared customs. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

easy to find on web site, follow up delivery notifications were good. PArt arrived well packed and solved the problem of a dripping tap. Can't wish more than that. Thank you!

Faucet Cartridge
I was able to replace the cartridge and address the leak. I wish that the replacement part came with instructions for the repair. I could figure it out but there is no helpful youtube video on the KWC Eve model kitchen faucet cartridge replacement to turn to. Thanks. Sri
