Knowledgeable staff with responsive and prompt service. I must mention though, that there should be alternative choices for shipping, as UPS is very expensive. In fact, on my purchse it represented 35.2% of the purchase price. M.K.

NO ANSWER AT KWC SO I CALLED CHICAGO FAUCET. THEY CONFIRMED MY DIAGNOSIS AND HAD THE PART- A CARTRIDGE FOR A KITCHEN KWC FAUCET. RECEIVED EMAIL, TRACKING AND HAD THE PART IN SEVERAL DAYS. ALSO, LATER PROVIDED ME WITH KWC TECH SUPPORT NUMBER WHEN I WANTED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE INSTALL AS THERE WAS NO ONLINE VIDEO FOR MY FAUCET. KWC CARTRIDGE M 35

Good Price/Excellent Service
Ordered a replacement faucet cartridge for a 5 year old kitchen faucet. I had trouble with the online form so called in the order. The staff was efficient and courteous. Delivery was fast - even to the west coast. I would order definitely order again.
