Water Flow Restricter
Firstly, Chicago Faucets Shop was the only place where we could find parts for our KWC faucet. The restricter arrived in a timely manner. It was easy to install and works great. I’d like to point out that I am an elderly woman and I did it myself.

Tough to find part
These folks had a very tough to find faucet part (main internal valve) for a high-end KWC faucet. Shipped and here in a day or so, now installed. Website was accurate and up to date - not always the case with e-commerce these days.

Thank You for Your prompt service when nobody in my own country could supply me with replacement cartridges. They were quite happy to sell me an expensive tap at the time though ! Thanks again, regards Terry

arrived on time installed and working
I could not find this KWC faucet part locally It was sold out on Amazon as well Found this site and ordered both items They were delivered to me in Canada in about two weeks I was able to track on line and items were shipped once they were in stock
