I ordered this cartridge and installed it in place of the original cartridge that had failed. It was installed exactly as the old cartridge installation. The unit seemed solid and worked for about 3 weeks without any slippage. The slippage started gradually and I could hear the gear inside the cartridge slip. By lightly pressing on the handle, it would engage. However, it is progressively getting worse and slipping regardless of position. The internal workings have failed.
