Faceplate Gaskets
Gasket that came with faceplate is the wrong size and leaks. Will seek replacement.

Redesigned part leaks
Not the fault of Chicago Faucet Shoppe at all, but KWC apparently did a poor job redesigning this part. The geometry of the new part does not match up with the remainder of the existing faucet, so the gaskets do not prevent water from leaking. My faucet leaked before (from worn out seals), and still leaks (from an incorrect design).

I have an old KWC. I was able to send a picture to Chicago Faucet and they identified the right faceplate. Ordered and delivery were simple. Thank you for the quick help and responses to my questions.

The Chicago Faucet Shoppe (CFS) personnel were excellent in helping me figure out the replacement part to order. The part is presently on back order but CFS will track and alert me to when I will receive it. They also gave me the option to cancel the order if I wanted.

KWC faceplate replacement
My original faceplate fell off my faucet during Thanksgiving cleanup, and this replacement part was easy to find and fit perfectly. Thank you.

EXCELLENT COMPANY
I needed to replace a part on my KWC faucet, but had no idea what it was called. I found Chicago Faucet Shoppe in a Google search and contacted them. They had me send a photo of the faucet and immediately responded with the correct part and sent it straightaway. Great searvice. Thanks you!

What I Needed and It Works.
Chicago Faucet Shoppe had what I needed. Was simple to install. The original was in bad shape. It wasn't leaking but when you turn faucet on, it was dripping badly. KWC faucet is over seven years old and with Chicago's hard water, anything is possible. With new one, no leaks or dripping but when you turn it on, drips heavily down the sides when in spray mode. Maybe not enough water pressure but have no idea.
