My experience in replacing the part for my KWC faucet was easy. After reviewing the website and identifying what I thought was the correct part, I called the Customer Service line. Bill asked me to send a photo of my faucet, and I learned that a different part was required (less expensive), which I ordered and picked up the same day. Very happy to be corrected and satisfied with the full experience. Thanks!

Great Customer Service
We e we re looking for a replacement spray head for a 15yo KWC kitchen faucet. Through photos, they were able to identify the part and I had it in 2 days. Works perfectly again. Super helpful.

KWC Faucet Sprayer purchase
I purchased a replacement sprayer for my KWC faucet. The purchase was simple and the price was excellent. Shipping and delivery were prompt. I would definitely use Chicago Faucet again.

Faucet parts
Chicago Faucet Shoope, and in particular Andrew in customer service, did a tremendous job helping me with my plumbing parts. I am a 70 year old Vietnam Veteran living in Louisiana and was away visiting my Mom in Barbados. I needed faucet parts and of course the parts were unavailable in Barbados. Chicago Faucet Shoope filled my order and shipped to me here in Barbados. This was the best service ever! Respectfully One Love Smitty
