unable to use it
I was told I would need it to remove the filter kitchenspray. I was unable to remove the old one with that. I don't know how to use it. So I used regular pliers to remove the old one and insert the new one.

Kitchen Faucet Aerator and Service Key
Took awhile for my aerator to finally get shipped. However searched everywhere for this Swiss made KWC kitchen faucet aerator with no avail. Finally Chicago Faucet Shoppe (CFS)came through. All communication with CFS was responded to promptly and professionally. I am very thankful for their customer service and delivering product in serviceable condition to my residence in Hawaii.
