Appreciate the reliable service
Aloha! I ordered the above the beginning of March, and my credit card was charged immediately. Shortly after, I received an apologetic email indicating that the item was out-of-stock and wouldn't be in until month-end. Not in a rush but a bit skeptical, I followed up near the end of the month. Again the email response was quick and apologetic, but it was still delayed another few weeks. Anticipating that this may be a problem, I expected to re-check in 2 weeks. Happily, I received an email that it had indeed shipped about that time, and it was correct and in my hands within days! Appreciated the updates as much as receiving the item! Thank you from across the very 'big pond'!
