The part came fast and was the correct item so the toilet works again - yay!

We ordered a replacement for the broken plastic component that had held the float. Perfect fit, but instructions on how to adjust would have helped. We called our plumber, who took an hour to get it right.

I never received my order

I had a problem with the part I received, it didn't function properly. I spoke with Chrissy and Marie and they did their best to fix the problem, and in the end they did!

Thank you for sending out the part we needed so quickly. Running water is expensive!

These are hard to find, and I'm glad these guys still have some in stock. It works, but the mounting holes are every so slightly further from center than the part it replaced, so the screws angled inwards a bit and made for a very tight fit. I was concerned something would break, but it worked out in the end. If the fill valve plastic were particularly brittle, I'd imagine it would've cracked.

Wow, I cannot believe you would ask me for a review after I paid $12.00 for a part, $11.00 for shipping on this part and then it is not the part that is pictured on your website. To add insult to injury you then ask for restocking fee, insurance and I have to pay to ship it back. You wanted to wave the $1.80 restocking fee big deal. Very poor customer service and not a great way to conduct a business. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

My Plumber said the needed parts were no longer available, and that I needed a new toilet. I found the parts I needed here, and for around 12 bucks, my toilet no longer runs.

I purchased some toilet repair items and the order delivered was shy some parts. They quickly shipped out the rest. All in all a good deal and expertly handled
