Wonderful service!
These folks are wonderful! First they identified the part I needed from photos I sent (cold ceramic valve for old kitchen faucet). I ordered it immediately but when I installed it, it opened the opposite way to the hot faucet. I sent them a photo of the problem and almost immediately they e-mailed me the information I needed to switch the opening and a link to "how to". Their service and follow-up was nothing short of amazing.
