So happy to be taken a hot shower again
All parts were there, all I had to do was pull the old, put in the new, tighten and shower. The instructions could use some help.

Excellent Customer Service
These guys are awesome! They verified this was the part that I needed, told me it was in stock, and shipped it the day I ordered it. Part itself is terrific--upgrade to the original that I pulled out of my 1924 house. Comes with the gaskets and slid straight into the seats (not included) and body. Pay careful attention to Step 10 on the instructions--necessary to do to get the right position on the handle.

New life for an old shower!
I'm in the process of remodeling 3 bathrooms in my 50 yr. old home, renewing the original fixtures to as-new, and was pleasantly surprised to find this unit at Chicago Faucet - perfect replacement for the original, and no more leaky tub!!

Wish I remembered the gentleman's name I spoke with on my order, late in the day, needed it next day, he ran to verify part was in stock, held up his shipper to be sure my part went out that day. Had it in the am, installed it and problem solved! Good part too.
