Moen Obsolete Cartridge
An Exact Temp Spa Shower cartridge for repairing my shower was unavailable directly from Moen. The cartridge was a warranty part from Moen. Moen had no estimated delivery time frame and there was no sense of urgency on their part. Chicago Faucet Shoppe indicated on line that they had the cartridge in stock and when I called, they verified it was available in stock. I ordered the cartridge and it was shipped out immediately the next day. I received the part within days and without any damage . The part was the correct part and it was more than adequately protected. Once it was installed, the cartridge and shower worked correctly . Efficient place to do business.
