Works great

Works great. It is not inexpensive but still beats replacing the whole valve. Just betware that there's a known problem with these valves whereby a sleeve/collar will come out with the old cartridge and there's nothing to hold onto to prevent this. If this happens, you need to put Loctite on the outer threads, pour vinegar down the showerhead, and wait a few days for it to loosen. Then the old cartridge should come out cleanly, allowing the new cartridge to go in.
