The other day I ordered a replacement cartridge . Wrong one, because the ID tag looked like 594, in reality it was 509! I called Chicago Faucet Shoppe. Com. The customer service agent was great. He knew exactly my situation. He quickly issued a RMA and re ordered the right part and shipped it that day. Job saved. Thank you
