Charge me now, deliver much later
I bought this item online so that I wouldn't have to make a trip down to the plumbing store. However, it took three weeks for my item to arrive. When I ordered online, there was a statement about shipping delays due to COVID and that it might take 7-10 business days. Well, it took 17 business days, but that didn't stop them from charging me the next day after ordering the product. Next time I need something I will make sure to not make a purchase from here.
