Delighted that they could supply parts for my 36 year old shower mixer valve. Staff were very helpful. The only negative was the final cost. With the exchange rate, duty and $30 shipping cost it made it expensive. I know they have no control over the exchange rate and the duty but I wonder if they could find a less expensive shipping method than Fed Ex
