First package arrived torn open and contents were missing. Contacted faucet shoppe. Sent pictures. They immediately sent out a second package that contained the parts I needed to fix my faucet. Thank you so much for your quick service.

Great tech support
I ordered this cartridge based on what I though was the product info for my faucet. Sadly, the spec sheet was not for this faucet, and of course the ordered cartridge wouldn't fit the faucet that needed repair (my error). The cartridge came promptly and was well packaged, but clearly I needed help in identifying the correct replacement. I contacted Chicago Faucet's tech support, and they promptly suggested the cartridge that would work. Great customer service.

Documentation so so. Phone help excellent
Initially I thought I had the wrong part because it would not fit in the valve end body, but when I called, your representative was very patient and helpful and discovered that a sleeve on the part needed to be removed. I had looked at the wrong section of the instructions. The instructions also neglected to show that an o-ring inside the sleeve needed to be retained.
