The leaking stopped!
Had an old 50-year old leaking outdoor frost-free spigot where the washer eroded over the years and the stem cap had worn away. Searched the net and found chicagofaucetshoppe.com and they had both the exact size of the stem cap and the matching stem packing kit. Received the parts very quickly and fixed the long time leak in 5 minutes! Highly recommend them!
