Eventually, all good January 22, 2023 Reviewer: Josh from Easley , SC United States   I ordered two of these. I received one correct item, and one similar but incorrect item. It took a phone call and three emails to sort it out, but they eventually sent a replacement item. The cartridges themselves get 5 stars, work perfectly. Was this review helpful to you?

April 19, 2021 Reviewer: S. Blunt from TUSTIN, CA United States   I am very pleased with the replacement cartridge and the quality of service provided by Chicago Faucet Shoppe. I paid for flat rate FedEx service and  was expecting to receive the cartridge with 7-10 days.  The order on 04/08/21 afternoon, it shipped the next day and was received on 04/12/21. No drips here! April 6, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Gibsonia, PA United States   Chicago Faucet solved the dilemma of getting a replacement cartridge for our Grohe shower supply valves.  They were the only site that clearly stated that the original part was no longer available and provided information for the correct replacement.  Their price was reasonable and they shipped from stock, so I received the part in a few days.  The part is high quality and completely equivalent to the original.  Thanks Chicago Faucet for the excellent service! gtohe cartridge April 2, 2021 Reviewer: Alan from Manhattan Beach, CA United States   Grohe has been back ordered on this particular cartridge for a while so I ordered through Chicago Faucets. I'm a general contractor and I was Leary of using another vendor. Anyway, I have no regrets. It fit smoothly and works great. I'll be using you more in the future. Was this review helpful to you?
