Great Customer Service and Good Price
I needed to replace 19 year old Santec faucet cartridge and received great help in identifying which cartridge was needed. The required item was in stock and available for shipment. When product I purchased was damaged in shipment, I had no problem getting a replacement part. The price for the part, including shipment was about 2/3 of the price to obtain locally, which would have to have been special ordered. This is the second time I've dealt with the company with great results
