Thanks for shipping so fast to Canada. I’d been without hot water for a year due to Covid supply shortages here in Canada. Found the item I needed (Strom tap cartridges) and you shipped out quick. All fixed. Hot water in the 146 year old master bathroom again! Thanks!!!

I Have Used Chicago Faucet Shoppe For Several Years And Have Never Had Someone Respond To My Emailed Questions So Promptly. Normally It Took At Least A Week For Some Kind Of Response. Way To Step Up The Customer Service!
