A perfect transaction
You cannot find this handle anywhere in stores or online--ok, you will find it online, but nobody stocks it! Not even Chicago Faucet. I had called to check stock. The rep that took my call was very informative, explaining that it would arrive in 5-7 business days (or 7-10, I can't remember). I had it in THREE DAYS! I ordered on Friday, and received it on Monday--are you kidding me? I could not be happier!
