I did not receive this order. The tracking on items purchased is horrendous. The customer service is horrendous.

Living in Ontario, Canada I wasn't able to locate the small plastic replacement faucet piece that I needed anywhere domestically. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the item in stock and shipped within a week to my Michigan contact (to save on shipping charges). Item was exactly as described, installed it immediately and it performs flawlessly. Purchased 3 in case the others snap off in the future. Thank you CFS !
