This Series 289 spill-resistant atmospheric vacuum breaker is designed to prevent backsiphonage and protect potable water supplies from contamination in continuous pressure systems.
Constructed with a durable bronze body (289) or available in a chrome finish (289C), this unit features a silicone rubber check disc, stainless steel springs, and a lightweight plastic float that helps reduce scaling and buildup.
Engineered with a spring-loaded atmospheric vent and O-ring seal, along with a spill-resistant diaphragm, this compact unit is ideal for health hazard applications such as chemical dispensers and factory equipment operating under continuous pressure.
