Terrible quality
I’ve installed numerous Chicago faucet products in my commercial property. I ordered this for my home in matter black thinking I’d get the same quality. Within 2 months after being installed by a professional licensed master plumber, it’s cleaning at the spray head. What a joke. Now I’m out another $175 to try and get a part replaced and hope the same thing doesn’t happen again. If I had known this, I would have purchased some whatever brand.

Great Faucet
Very happy with this faucet. I bought it for my home use and it is solid. Like that the connectors as well as the body of the faucet are all metal. Plumbers were impressed by it as well and felt it was a great price point. I paired it with a stainless steel sink and it looks really good. I was concerned about how the chrome finish would look with stainless but it looks great. Arrived quickly and without damage.

Love It!
This is an excellent kitchen faucet. In 20 plus years, we have had a Moen and Kohler kitchen faucets. Both in the $400-500 price range. Neither one was as well made as this Chicago Faucet. The plumbers I know that recommended it were correct. It is built to last. Modern, clean lines for easy cleaning and much heavier built than any of our previous models. I would highly recommend looking at Chicago Faucets for your personal needs.
