The parts catalog was easy to use. If it is an older part it asks to call or email to ensure it is in stock. I did so and the response was quick and parts were in stock. I ordered and received the part. I am very satisfied.

They had what I needed!
The part I needed was for a 30y/o discontinued faucet. I almost hired someone to replace the entire outside faucet but I found Chicago Faucet. They had what I needed and even shipped it quickly considering the current COVID19 situation. I am very pleased and highly recommend these folks.

I needed these vacuum breakers for a customer and couldn't find them locally. Found out the faucets were discontinued and Most of the parts have been. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had them and I received in a few days. Thanks, Scott Jackson Plumbing East TN
