Excellent product
The part came on time and fit perfectly. I couldn't get the handle off the old stem as it has been there over 10 years, so I bought a new one at Home Depot, part #PK1295. My recommendation is to buy both the stem and handle to save you some headache and time later on.

Not one local hardware or home store had the part I needed. Chicago Faucet had it in stock to stop the leak.

Arrowhead Replacement Stem Needs Filing
Good quality product, but the production standards could be a bit better. As seen from other online reviews, frequently these do not go in without a little extra work. It seems like the metal on the bottom piece is about the right size, but the plating added on top makes it too big. Have to take a file and remove the plating and round the corners slightly to pop it in. After that, works great. No more leaky faucet.
