Billed Me for Wrong Part Regardless
The part # your customer service gave me in December 2023 turned out to be wrong. American Standard gave me the proper number, and I ordered the part from them. I called you to cancel, and was able to with the rep I spoke with. A week later you send me a notice the part is about to ship. We spoke and you said you were going to partially bill men because the part was not returnable! Not happy about the outcome.
