I ordered a small replacement part for a toilet seat which cost 1/2 as much as it did to ship it. After over 2 weeks of waiting for the part, I sent an email, and was informed that the part was mailed the day I sent my email. Translation: had I not inquired about it, it most likely never would have been sent. Someone dropped the ball.
