When I first called the lady, could not find the part I had, and I had the part number. I found it on your web site, called and was told it was on back order, I ordered the the part it came about the time the man said it would.. I just wish that the aerinator could be removed and clean with out having to order a new spray head

I was so pleased with my interactions with Chicago Faucet Shoppe! I had a question about shipping, and emailed them, not expecting a personal response. But instead, I received not only a wonderfully cordial response but help as well as they went out of their way to make my shipment as convenient for me as possible.
