Sometimes you feel that no company provies good service any longer. Chicago faucet does provide great service. I needed parts for a leaky faucet where the faucet vendor had all kinds of excuses why he did not want to help. Chicago faucet was half way across the country from me but the person on the call was helpful and found the part and got all the information to ship it in just a few minutes. It was a perfect experience. Great selection of parts and service.

Only place in the US I could find the cartridge needed. Easy to order and showed up at my door promptly. Will use this company again.
