Ordered this, thinking it to be complete faucet as I found elsewhere. Turned out to be just a trim-out kit (no rough-in valve body). My fault i guess - it does say "trim kit". Asked if they had/could get/ could help with finding correct valve body and just got an answer of "contact mfgr."  I will have to return this and buy complete set elsewhere as that is the only way i can find them. They approved return, but charge a 25% restock! And then found out they only give store credit on returns, not back to original purchase method. I highly suggest shopping somewhere else with better customer support and return policies.
