Ordered some supply hoses and a replacement cartridge.  Expedited next day delivery arrived on schedule.  Cartridge arrived broken but was replaced in a couple of days.

We have had a Dornbracht faucet for 12 years. We had gotten it due to its style. However, the quality is not what would be expected for the price. We have replaced two parts of this product. We will see how long this part lasts.  Nevertheless, we are very fortunate to have Chicago Faucet Shoppe since they carry a broad selection of products including hard to find parts. The online shopping is painless and they even tell you if a product has been replaced by another product.  They are our go-to place to purchase hardware.
