This cartridge was the exact piece I needed to repair one that cracked when the waterline froze. Went in like a piece of cake and fit perfectly. Identical to the piece it replaced, minus the crack. Works as it should. Recommended.
Chicago Faucet Shoppe was much easier to work with than the actual manufacturer. It only took one phone call to find the right part and get it shipped instead of the six weeks of phone tag and unreturned calls I experienced with the manufacturer with them ultimately telling me the part was on back order with no definite supply date.
