Horrible experience
I ordered a Chicago Faucet from chicagofaucetshoppe.com since they had the best price for the specific faucet that I needed. After a few weeks of no item, I emailed to see what was going on. I ended up replacing with a Sloan faucet since I never heard back from this websites customer service. A month after I ordered, I was sent a notification that my item had shipped. I received my item 5 weeks after ordering. It's 2023, get with the program. Never ordering from here again.
