Great staff at Chicago Faucet
I received the cartridge and Franke does not supply the special wrench necessary to change it. I called Chicago Faucet for help and the person I spoke with in customer service was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Service that is hard to find in these days of 'bots, offshore tech support and recordings.
